Kevin de Bruyne may not have missed out
Kevin de Bruyne appears back on the Chelsea radar despite the Blues missing out on the player in the transfer window. Racing Genk rejected the possibility of a £6m move to Stamford Bridge in the closing stages of August, and it was a move which has left the 20-year-old frustrated after watching compatriot Romelu Lukaku make the England move. "I'm disappointed in the attitude of Genk," he told Belgian media. "I do not want any controversy, but I'm disappointed in the attitude of Genk. Chelsea was a very nice offer, the club wanted me to stay for one year in Genk. I hope it still goes on, because this is a dream for me." The Belgian club will reopen talks over the unhappy midfielder in a fortnight.
